"This is hands down the worst insurance agent I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. My family had State Farm for 50 years and never made a large claim all those years and when we called them about my roof leaking and water damage they gave us the money to just fix the water damage inside but not to fix the problem causing the water damage. Then they send a crew of idiots out to put tarps over my entire house and they thought it was a bright idea to NAIL the tarps down causing the problem with my roof to become exponentially worse. Now all of my OSB under the shingles is completely saturated and moldy. This has now caused water to run down my walls as well so my OSB under all of my siding around my entire house needs replacing because it’s saturated also. State Farm is now trying to not pay anything to fix this. And now black mold is showing up all around my baseboards of my walls. Don’t use State Farm whatever you do it’s become nothing but a scam company."

"I normally have a hard time with any kind of documentation process, BUT Lucas was super helpful in getting an auto policy started for me! He was also super thorough when going through the details of my policy with me while signing documentation to get my policy started, because as we all know with policies there comes lots of, sometimes confusing, papers to read and process. Lucas made starting a new policy one of the easiest for me, especially being a mother of 3 stuck waiting for a school bus that was late, and having to do the process over the phone when I was planning to do in office to avoid my normal confusion with these things! Thank you so much Lucas for making this process that I would any other time dread doing, not only super easy, but also quick! Please, if you are needing a local insurance agent that can have you covered and on your way, call this office. Thank you so much Lucas!"
