"We delt with Yuli from this office and we took A LOT of her time over a 2 week period and not one time did she get frustrated or try to cut us off. She was absolutely amazing at her job and we have never had anyone help us with anything the way she did. Most people would have gave up and just turned us away. We were with another agent and I will be respectful by not mentioning that name even though we were done terrible but when Yuli started helping us it took some time for sure but she never gave up!!!
