"This is hands down the worst insurance agent I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. My family had State Farm for 50 years and never made a large claim all those years and when we called them about my roof leaking and water damage they gave us the money to just fix the water damage inside but not to fix the problem causing the water damage. Then they send a crew of idiots out to put tarps over my entire house and they thought it was a bright idea to NAIL the tarps down causing the problem with my roof to become exponentially worse. Now all of my OSB under the shingles is completely saturated and moldy. This has now caused water to run down my walls as well so my OSB under all of my siding around my entire house needs replacing because it’s saturated also. State Farm is now trying to not pay anything to fix this. And now black mold is showing up all around my baseboards of my walls. Don’t use State Farm whatever you do it’s become nothing but a scam company. My family and I have contacted your office since this review and made an appointment to come in and speak to you. Christina had someone else call 2 hours prior to the appointment to tell us that the case was closed and there’s nothing that State Farm will do. So you never even heard us out. I have a recording of Christina saying that if the $2,000 that they paid out to fix everything in my home (which ended up costing $10,000 more) then they would pay out more to cover the cost of damages inside my home. Now Christina is completely denying that she said this even though I have her recorded saying this to me and my parents. Because of State Farm dragging their feet about the whole situation I was forced to live in black mold taking over my house for two years before we finally had to pay out of pocket for a new roof ($13,000) and inside repairs ended up costing ($18,000 more than the measly $2,000 paid out to fix my entire home. My home had to be stripped down to the studs and the flooring to get rid of all of the black mold damage. I’m now having breathing issues as well as 3 of my dogs having health issues now. Again I warn everyone of Christina as an agent and State Farm as a complete scam and sham of an insurance company. Take your business and money somewhere else where you won’t be lied to or taken advantage of in anyway!!"
